Stalybridge Country Park

The country park is situated a mile to the North East of Stalybridge centre, and divided into two main sections, Brushes Valley and Carrbrook. There are four reservoirs within the country park and Carrbrook plays host to Buckton Castle, a twelfth to thirteenth century stronghold.

The Visitor Centre lies close to the Huddersfield Road entrance, in Millbrook.
